Headquarters opens at 715AM Friday



We gain an hour in November (as opposed to losing an hour in the spring) to accommodate for more daylight in the mornings. When we "spring forward" in March, it's to add more daylight in the summer evenings.


Headquarters Office is located inside the Centre Wellington Sports Complex across from the Great Hall inside the small office 



ONCE WE UPLOAD The tournament schedule in our system as well into the OWHA RAMP system with all teams game codes will be found in their teams RAMP login app.

If you are unsure how to locate same, please ask your association registrar or administrator for assistance.

Do not call the OWHA requesting access.

Your association has been provided with access information for all teams.

Teams are responsible for ensuring they indicate players and bench staff are indicated within RAMP as well as ensuring jersey numbers are noted (if not showing) for every game.

Goal scorers and penalties cannot be entered if jersey numbers are not showing in the system.

Coach, manager or designated individual must also ensure they sign at the bottom of both of the players info and bench staff info.

The SATURDAY "Mess Hall - Feed the Troops" Open to all athletes and staff .

TBC Tickets will be provided to team manager when they check in. 

Hosted by the Fergus Legion Saturday immediatelt following the 11AM opening ceremony located  at Centre Wellington  in Mainfloor Community. The legion is serving snacks drinks while supplies last 

TBC - Parents and guests can also participate for $5 each ( TBC) All proceeds back to the Legion


COMING SOON  Moments of Silence will take place Sunday Time TBC - All games in process will observe a stoppage of play before this time and lineup on their bluelines for a moment of silence


Teams may participate using the Dress Code Theme for this event will be Red & White in recognition of our Countries National Flag Colors. Optional wear is Camouflage of any color and Green Army fatigues attire.


TEAMS Wreath Laying optional - Inside the Headquarters arena a Smaller Cenotaph will be made available for teams wishing to participate in honoring the past service men and women who have provided our freedom.

Wreath laying can take place inside Centre Wellington Arena as we have a Mini cenotaph or you may take the team over to the official Fergus Cenotaph in town.

Directions: Cenotaph is located in a park at the north-east corner of Tower Street and Bridge Street.

This memorial was first erected in 1935, as a result of the efforts of Dr. Norman Craig,

a former Flight-Lieutenant, whose play provided the proceeds to erect this memorial.


A must when it get dark outside and while in town please Be sure to visit the each night the candles are lit it’s very humbling to see

 TEAMS WISHING TO PAY TRIBUTE TO A VET OR ACTIVE SOLDIERS: Your dressing room doors can be your showcase of appreciation, Teams are encouraged to do a little research possibly a member of your team has a special family member male or female who actively served or who still serves. Special tributes will be greatly welcomed and you as a team can decide "Who you are playing for this weekend". 


Please Support the local Legions - General Public are all invited to drop by the Fergus Branch 275 Legion over the 3 days to witness first hand the services they provide. As well our new Elora Legion Branch Branch 229 located at 110 Metcalfe St Elora.

General Public are always invited to attend the infamous Fergus Cenotaph to pay their respects. 


Just posted in Document section this year's Special Edition Customized Hoodies for $75 Tax in with all proceeds going to the Legion. The inside liner of the hoodie is decked out with poppies simply amazing.
